Time gate or RNG? Both very tough choices, nah just RNG that shit so everyone gets a fair shake on oh I know absolutely freaking nothing. At least with time gated material it gets released and everyone gets a fair chance at obtaining set exotic. While time gates aren't ideal at least we get them in time rather than not at all.
