10 three of a coins is = to 14 strange coins (7 strange coins for 5 TOC at xur), it was a lot worse when people only got 3 coins, you cant expect to get the perfect drop every time. + you will get 1-2 exotics from those 10 coins most likely. 10 three of a coin seems like a decent reward to me.
