This is how EVERY game like this does it. Take a look at weekly lockouts, its to spread the content out. People say have more content, problem is that DOESNT fix the problem. SWTOR had 100-1000 times more content, yet people where complaining week 2 there was nothing to do. If you dont timegate content people will blow through it as fast as possible and then complain.
