They do keep the quest up? The real windowing issue is the specific daily.

I am sure a lot of people had issues that kept them playing one specific day as well. At least keep the window up for a while for people that have things that take priority over a game.

Sleeper Simulant quest was up for 2 days and is not currently available. We don't know about No Time to Explain yet because it just released yesterday. Yeah, the daily story requirements are a bit of a nuisance and could be better evaluated.
