I like it. You have to do a secret daily to unlock the quest anyways. I wasn't even going to log on today until I heard this happened. Ended up meeting some cool people too that I went through VoG and the last part of the quest line with. Good shit.

but you shouldn't have to stumble upon quests/missions/strikes. Very few people will have seen this and done it. It's okay to have quests but not timed. If they are going to do this they can at least announce that daily's will have quests attached to them.

They did when the black spindle was first discovered. That's why people search every daily. They're not going to spoon feed us everything because what's the fun in that? Even if you missed out on something, there are 365 days in a year and the mission rotates 365 days in a year. You'll have plenty more opportunities and it adds a thrill to the treasure hunters in destiny.
