Isn't the real issue players data-mining all their Christmas presents, then being upset when they aren't here immediately? These items were meant to be surprises that showed up gradually, giving the game an air of excitement and mystery even after the expansion had been out for a month.
Maybe if you guys want surprises, you should stop peeking under the wrapping paper.

Well sleeper and no time to explain were both showcased in game informer article almost a month before TTK launched. That's why there is frustration is because they said "hey look at this sweet exotic! But we won't tell you how to get it." Then it ends up being locked behind a week long waiting period that is just a more slap in the face then helpful.
