Because it was incredibly fun to have all the HoW exotics two weeks in.... You just can't please this community. One point people complain about running out of content. Now people are complaining about having to wait for gear. It's good to pace content to keep people interested. I for one love the thought of checking the reddit or these forums to see if new gear was released.
