The quest for the nightstalker emblem is hard enough as it is. You need to get smoke kills, void grenade kills AND shadowshot MULTIKILLS in the Crucible. By removing the only perk which provides multiple shots for the shadowshot, you have made completing the last step of the quest [u]impossible[/u]. Unless you are skilled enough to get a shadowshot collateral, or hit one person and do 198 damage to a second (so the they take 2 damage from the tethe and die), it is not possible to finish. [spoiler]Shadowshot collateral are impossible, by the way.[/spoiler] EDIT: I guess that tethered enemies count towards the step. I did not know this...
