Raise the nechrocasm's impact because we all thought the nechrocasm was gonna be the best exotic. Then bungie were being dumb and lowered the impact so it did nothing for shit. Serisouly bungie raise the impact on nechrocasm is does like as much damage as a rare I mean really bungie buff the impact.
