I could see your mom restricting your playtime if you were in middle school or high school freshman MAYBE sophomore but to be a senior and your mom still treat you like a child is just over baring parenting IMO. Tell her to go find a hobby and get off your case. Tell her that you will one day resent her and never speak to her or let her see her grandkids if she keeps this crap up.

Even as a freshman in highschool it's ridiculous for your mom to control your bedtime After 6th grade(about 12-13ish) my mom could give a rats ass if I stayed up all night as long as I went to school and did fine. Guess what? I did better than just fine and now I'm in college

I played just about every sport so I didn't have tons of free time to play games. I actually didn't get into gaming until I was out of school and working full time.

Yep my parents were the same. By the time I was a junior (11 grade) I could stay out partying all night lmao as long as I still went to school. I played sports middle school and freshman and sophomore year. I quit junior year to focus on fitness
