So you are a senior in high school and your mom still thinks she can dictate what you do in your free time? Why does she care? What is she going to do next year if you go to college? Call you at 3 am to make sure you are not playing video games? No. Tell her straight up that you are basically an adult and as long as you do what you are asked...chores, grades ect. You should not be told what to do with your free time.
