Anonymity brings out the trash, not a whole lot you can do about that. Some people simply have no empathy and get off on hurting people. This is pretty common knowlege though, the only thing one can really do is to know what you're in for and just pay no attention to them. If you take everything personally on the internet you're gonna have a REALLY shitty time.
