Life and Death are constantly fighting, and I, I am caught in the middle

One is white and has giant pearls on it and the other looks like xur's face and has the same effect
Exotic perk: Life and Death, the disintegrate shield lasts longer, is stronger, and allows you to deal more damage while its activated
