Got the quest:
A Sword Reforged - Essential Elements
Quest step:
Gather rare materials and atune your light.
[ X ] Materials Gathered 10/10
[ ] Solar Ability Kills 100%
Please look at the attached picture URL.
Ive completed the quest but it still shows incomplete.
Is this a common error?

Kill 3 more enemies. It rounds up from 99.5% to 100%. You are almost there.
