The best way to describe it is take mida.
Give it a slightly better ROF and handling
Now give it the impact of vision of confluence.
Boom you have tlaloc.

Never had VoC, but seriously wanted it. Loved Mida, so I will give it a shot then.

Yeah basically does 61-63 damage per headshot so is a 4 shot kill with better fire rate and handling than mida. You have to hold your super but it's ideal for sunsinger a and voidwalker. Both hold their super for really opportune moments either in trials or big multikills. Use bad juju to get your super then switch to tlaloc. It also has grenadier so if you can put low intellect high disciple armour on when your super is up. You'll be a machine.
