I think it looks really awesome. I have it equipped on my Warlock if you haven't seen one before.
I didn't even know it existed until I got it as a reward from an IB match.
Is it relatively rare?

2 RisposteANY IB gear is "rare" from drops. Bungle merely "increased the loot drops" for 260 light blues. I really would like Luke Smith to come out and say "we DID actually increase the frequency of loot drops for IB. They were just low light rares. You REALLY thought we were going to increase legendary drops? You need to throw more money at your screen for that."
