Every time I go to search for a match and I get dropped into a game that's already going, I'm put on the losing team. That's not what bothers me about it though. Most of the time the score difference is so large that tossing a new player into the game really won't make much of a difference. Case in point, I joined an in progress match on Twilight Gap where the winning team was up by 10k points, and the second one on The Dungeons, where it was 13k points. This is just -blam!-ing ridiculous. It's especially bad for Iron Banner, where JIP should be disabled entirely.
