I'm curious into how exactly you judge banning people. Do you do it on impulse or wait til someone complains about you having a crappy connection? Apparently that's what I have even though I have a wired connection. I'm not tech savvy so I don't know what the problem is and when I play any match at least once it says "contacting destiny servers". I don't cheat but I have been banned from the crucible. I'm not sure if it's your servers or my wall connection but I can say that being banned for doing nothing different than what I have been doing - and not being able to play it is messed up. I don't even like the Crucible. I was just trying to get my bounties completed. To anyone with a mediocre connection - take heed - you'll be banned. Also - why isn't there a contact page? With phone numbers and an address? That's kinda shady in my opinion.
