With the very few legendary class items that are available to us (which cannot be affected by shaders), there isn't much room for customisation for our guardians, especially for hunters who all have to use the same cloaks as everyone else. Personally, I think we should be able to use whatever class items we want and keep them purely cosmetic (at the very least, be able to use any year 2 class item of any rarity without being penalized). Whether this means remove light level ratings altogether for class items, or have some other system (infusing to all rarities for class items maybe) which allows to use what we want.
