Stop making the maps so small. Stop creating maps with obvious bottlenecks. Give people room to spread out. Give people room to use ARs, PRs, and SRs. The problem isn't the guns we use. I get people are using shotguns because the map suits it. It's an obvious advantage. What happened to the old large maps? There was one on the moon and Mars. They were great for vehicles and long-mid range guns. I occasionally ran into a shotgun on those maps. I don't mind people using shotguns but when the only way to counter it is using a shotgun yourself it takes the fun out.
