Treads Upon Stars is literally a red Vision of Confluence. It's a strike exclusive drop from the Valus strike and it drops with random perks. Sometimes you can get perks that make it better than Vision of Confluence. My friend got Firefly and Reactive reload on his plus better stats. Another one is Hung Jury the Dead Orbit scout rifle. This thing has WAYY better stats than Vision and it's almost max handling if you buy the stock one from the vendor. It also comes with Firefly and Triple Tap. Hope this helped. Gl
