let's make a pulse rifle
let's call it, "the 3 musketeers"
I saw a post like this on a hand cannon then a rocket launcher, so why not a pulse rifle?
show them pulse rifles some love ;)

All for 1: Fire rate and reload speed significantly increased when standing in close proximity to both members of your fireteam AND 1 for all: When solo, or away from your fireteam, stability and range are significantly increased. (This would work like the Boolean Gemini perk, you'd have to pick one.)
