I forgot what performance bonus does but that does sound interesting(exotic perk). Sounds good for crowd control in pve and in pvp, I'd imagine it would be similar to firefly in terms of being able to weaken the player next to the target and then be able to one shot them to the body. It's better then firefly though because it would keep their health down to the poison. I'd imagine the radius of the cloud would be similar to smoke bomb's?

That's what I was thinking too. I feel like it's at a good place between powerful and annoying. Performance bonus grants bonus reserve ammo on kills, so I thought it could be helpful for some more sustained dps
