New Exotic Engram Farming Method
Hey guys, I know it tough to level up your guardian and getting those Exotic Engrams, but I found a New Way of Farming for Exotic Engram after Bungies update. This new method of Exotic Engram farming puts the Three of Coins to good use. Take a look at the video that I made to help you get more Exotic Engrams cause I know how tough it is to get them.

I just use the ultra knight on dreadnought. Used around 30 3 of coin earlier and got 9 exotics.

8 RisposteI don't understand why everyone is working so hard to find ways to exploit these, just play strikes or whatever you normally would play and pop them when you're about to kill a boss, pretty simple.

I saw someone mention to just do court of Oryx tier three and just kill the yellow ogres this week, and not kill the boss wizard (popping a 3oC for each Ogre). Using this method, with 12 3 of coins, I netted a 310 Suros, 310 Monte Carlo, and a 290 Telesto. Not too bad, but of course RNG results will vary.

1 RispondiI've found a good way is to run the legacy strikes. They're quicker, not as intense, and they still drop gear at your level. 4 strikes in and I got an exotic engram

I want to point out that this method is very luck and RNG based. You might easily end up with 10 coins used (5 each on two chars) and get nothing from it. My observations are that using the coins while normally playing the strikes is a much better aproach. Mainly bcoz: - You are stacking the chance of a drop on one char instead of two. Saves ToC coins - You can get a bunch of blue and legendary engrams on top of a chance for boss special loot. Also it is nowhere mentioned if the STACKABLE effect of not successfull ToC use stack after you relog. The buff itself stays, but Iam not sure about the hidden buff that increases the chances of a drop the next time you use the ToC. It very well can reset and in the end you waste the coins...

Seems to work well so far. First 2 characters were litterally 1/3 and then 1/2! However, when I switched back to the first it took around 8. About to try it with rotating 3 characters instead of 2.

7 Rispostehopefully this method works. i have been trying the ones i see posted here with no luck. currently 16 3oC used with no exotic drop. and i dont farm. i only use them on strikes/nightfalls/or champions and some of the methods mentioned on the forums.
