Wtf xur???
Why did I get 2 year one exotic heavy weapons for xur's legacy engram?? That's ridiculous, I completely wasted my strange coins. Any one else have this issue??

Its not an issue, its how its designed. The Legacy engrams are designed for those who want to complete year 1 collections. Those engrams will never decode to year 2. Learn the game before bitching about it and thinking there is a problem.
