We have one in our Clan/Raid group, it was a pain to see him falling down all the time with his Titan (ship part). He tried nearly an hour and we told him all the time 'you can do it!' - nope. Didn't help, he relogged and entered again... What I want to say and something I notice more and more with the rise and popularity of games: more and more non-gamers are getting into games. Don't get me wrong, I think it's cool, but on the other hand, those people never played a Super Mario, Sonic or Dark Souls. They don't know how to coordinate their avatar in a 3D-environment and don't have this 6th sense necessary for those parts. I know a lot of people - especially from MMOs and other online games - who have an extremely hard time with jumping puzzles and also underwater combat (z-axis). It's funny the same guys are sometimes great MOBA or RTS players but can't handle 3D environment.
