To those wondering if is good, yes it is.
It can kill a Hallowed Witch or Knight in one shot. It can kill a Major in one shot.
It killed Prime the Servitor God in less than 7 shots.
So do not believe everyone that claims it is bad or useless. They just do not want you to get one when you can.
