I tell ya what... Not every Titan runs those armor perks... I hate pvp but played a little today, and I was killed during my super several times. Was killed by: Another hammer Golden Gun Nova Bomb 1000 yard stare. So don't you try and -blam!-ing tell me Titans can't be killed mid super. And the time thing... It's 20 sec, 27 max with no hammers thrown. Pretty sure all the new supers are supposed to be better/ last longer
