If they could essentially do anything why didn't they do anything?

Well if the Sith could create and destroy anything as they claimed, why didn't they? Claims are not feats. I could [i]claim[/i] that I could knock down a tree with my fists but the actual [i]feat[/i] of that wound be bloody knuckles.

Those arent claims; those were the full power end result objectives of each force faction; Idk if they were ever achieved tho. In frank herbert's dune tho; maub dib's son paul ended up evolving into a spice worm an made god king an he lived a ridiculously long time. So that end result objective got achieved. Not sure if star wars universe the comix have gone that far out. [spoiler]in star wars tho emperor palpatine doesnt actually die in return of the jedi at the end. Idk if they are gonna use that plot line they developed in the new movie though. [/spoiler]
