I can understand where a lot of people are coming from with their frustration on opening 10+ engrams hoping to get a single exoctic engram and not being able to get it. You payed for access to content and you want to be able to to access it all. Of course you have to earn it but at the very LEAST you want it to be available when you do. When Bungie advertises new stuff that are only available after you buy a certain dlc and you BUY it, You should be able to earn it. Of course the odds may be low but it should be POSSIBLE. The way it is now, it feels as though, no matter how much time you put into the game, certain exotics are simply not possible to acquire and that is what really sucks. People can say its artificially stretching out player time and you can argue that. This ^ completely sums up my own feelings regarding the whole Sleeper Stimulant exotic thing right now. A whole community is searching for an exotic that was pretty heavily advertised, and people WANT IT. I'm not saying it has to be easy but right now it just feels like its impossible to get at the moment. Like its physically impossible to get. No matter how hard you try or how many hours you put in, and that can simply be because some people at bungie are simply saying "NO. NOT YET." and not letting it out for the public to earn it. To me thats kind of messed up.
