After purchasing The Taken King I bought a red bull and completed that addition and added some grimoire card codes and some shader codes etc. according to my codes section of my profile all items have been registered but I have still not received anything on the list. All items associated with the taken king work but the add on items described here have never loaded. I have attached the photos of my code redemption history for help in this matter.
