BOLTS ARE AMAZING!! You can clear rooms with them.
Why should a Titan have to be forced into using an exotic like Twilight Garrison (which only one is known to be in the wild)? Why can't the have it is naturally?
If you nerf the 1 thing they have then you are nerfing the entire class.

As a BD main, I can tell you that. The chances of clearing a whole room of enemies are next to nonexistent because they only do 91 damage.
