I disagree. What is even the point of a level cap if people will just use the same shit? My favorite thing to do in this game is find better loot. If you already have the best loot why do you play? I don't play PvP in this game and even if I did you can still use Y1 items.

This isn't about you, though. All this does is offer a choice. If the Y2 Weapons are good enough to stand on their own merits, then people will use them. If not? Then people still have the option to keep using their old tried and trues. Though, there are plenty of people who want to just keep expanding their arsenal and use the old WITH the new as well. All about giving folks options.

Reread? I said learn to move on, in simple terms learn to move on from old gear and use new gear. It's like that in any game. You're lucky some year one items made it to year 2.
