I think it should be tweaked.
But not the armor.
I mean if we have the same armor as the other classes why the hell did I even pick titan?
The armor isn't even that much you just have to body shot them one more time to finish them off.
Or if it's really that big of a deal to you then use black spindle, that sniper can one shot hammer of sol.

Black spindle is exotic and not good for pvp the Titan hos sub class doesn't have to much going for it it has 2 really grenades and the ability to Titan skate the super should be good and but not op.. When you have to exotic snipers to drop it... Doesn't that tell you something

I didn't have the same terrible experience you did when I fought hammer of Sol as striker/defender. Pulling the trigger a second time really isn't that bad.
