Does anybody know how to get Fatal Vision or has Bungie addressed that the drop from the story quest is bugged?
So after a long while of searching I couldn't find out how to get Fatal Vision and there doesn't seem to be anybody who does know how. Due to this fact I decided to try for the New Monarchy equivalent but I keep coming back to the topic of Fatal Vision and how to obtain it. So as the title asks, does anybody know how to get this or is the drop from the main storyline bugged as has been speculated?

There doesn't seem to be any definitive answers yet, but considering the Sleeper Simulant and the No Time To Explain were time-gated content it is possible it will be awarded on a quest or side-quest in a Daily yet to be released.

Looking everywhere for an answer as well.everything just says complete the taken king quest.
