Variks able to speak English
I know this isn't anything new as he was introduced in HoW. But, I started thinking about it when my friend made a pretty funny impersonation of Variks saying, "Petra fine ass Awoken, yesss?" ... Anyway I've been curious as to how he is able to output the English language.
I assume there are two options for him to be able to speak English.
1. He learned it somehow.
2. Some sort of technology manpulates his Fallen language into English while keeping his personality in words and in speech.
I think the latter is more interesting and cooler to Destiny.
If in Destiny there were to be allies with Guardians, I think Fallen would fill the role. They were once a noble race similar to our Golden Age and have had things taken from them. If there were Fallen allies could you have an option to speak in Fallen language so they can understand you? Should Destiny explain how Variks is able to communicate with us?

3 RisposteThe house of judgement is like the house of scribes for the fallen. In order to judge the fallen to keep them on track, they need to understand other races and cultures. It's only natural that they would learn new languages so they can learn about other cultures and judge what's right and wrong.
