You must be over 350 light. You must know what to do. You must have all year 2 exotic weapons and armors. You must have all raid gears and weapons. You must have emblem, ship, shader, ghost and smell like Oryx poop. You must have killed one thousand times Oryx in hard mode while making a sandwich. You don't need a decent internet connection. You don't need a mic (telepathy is the must have). You can eat and making gross noises while playing because you're a pig. (Sorry for the pigs - don't mean to offend them) And at least, you must be virgin. Come on guys, it's a game. Or can anyone learn something without having experience. I know it can be a pain to play with noobs or people who's completely lost in term of strategy but once again, let me say it - it's a game. You don't have to carry anyone but you have to be condescending.
