The entire class is the drawback it Solely Relies on its super for its perks. Other than that the perks are just average

This. No one ever looks at the whole package. They look at the super only. The titan with full armor has some drawbacks the entire match. Slow, less useful perks to some extent. Really short melee. Look at the big picture for balance is beyond most I guess...
