I got a legendary sniper today from gunsmith rank 4. I did nightfall first week of gunsmith, which gave extra rep for it. Those random fusion drops that are stored in your missions slot give you 200 rep.
The sniper I got, by the way, is the sniper that he's selling for arms day, the omolon one. [b]highly [/b] recommend it.

Yeah, I got the Eirene as well for hitting level 4 on my hunter.

I don't know about still piercer cause I don't have it but it has higher impact than the 1000 yard stare but the same fire rate
