Additionally, BD can be easily killed by a single sniper headshot, a shotgun blast+melee, or a single GG shot. Guess what doesn't work on SB Titans? All three. This is what SB needs, health nerf to bring it in line with BD and Cauterize to not instantly regen health+OS. Regenerating the OS immediately and then waiting rot the health by a second delay is fine. Or do it the other way around.
