How the -blam!- are people getting 297+ blues?
Seriously? I can't get anything above 295 to spawn. The highest purple I have gotten is 298
Edit: This includes CoO
Edit 2: I am at 291 light I usually get equips anywhere between 265 and 292 light equips. This included CoO (even in tier 3), decoding engrams, and Heroic Strikes. I do however appreciate that people are at least trying to help me out with this.
Edit 3: Went and ground CoO since I had a ton of runes. Got up to 294! Really do appreciate the advice people.

Lately all my drops are in the 260-270 range.( if I use a Antiquated Rune and get the drops, they go up to 280'ish, but are of no help) beaten Tier 3 COO several times, crap for drops. I have 6 exotic engrams in my vault waiting until I hit 300. It's starting to look like I'll never get to use them lol. Gotten up to the 2nd raid boss, even every chest and secret along the way, no drops to help, all moldering shards.
