Why is someone with experience asking for everyone who joins to have experience and must have beaten oryx. You don't have to best oryx to have experience, futhermore you don't need 3 4 or 5 people to have full eperience in your raid to learn from them. You only need one.

And to have experience for oryx you must have killed oryx plain and simple. Also not everyone wants to teach people how to do that raid because quite frankly it's annoying. You can just get someone with experience instead.

But if your a raid noob your the one that gonna be messing up a ton annoying the eperience players you invited only to your team. Bottom line is asking for a whole team of oryx beaters only to be in your raid team as a requirement is dumb. Plus there's nothing better then doing a raid the first time with 5 others who haven't either.
