It would right?! Titans would now have to be more aware of their surroundings and be a lot more accurate when killing one person and turning around, first-person mind you, and killing another person. Naturally if you got a cool head and spot enemies before they can get a shot off and be quick you can still wreck shop but it'll still put it on par with GG since hammers actually have a pretty significant travel time while GG doesn't while GG doesn't have an armor increase while Hammer of Sol does. But that would mean creating a new model for hammer of sol, first person, and tweaking mechanics and adding NEW things to make something more BALANCED, that's just not in Bungie's policies.
