My only requirement to raid members is that you're good at the game. Meaning you can kill your share of adds, follow directions, prioritize your targets and think and adapt quickly. You have that and the raid team will succeed. Unfortunately I find too many that just blatantly or in some round about way, ask to be carried. This raid is like skolas when it was hard. Everyone has a part that they need to do. Pull your weight or the team can wipe. No carries in this one. Maybe four 310s can Carry one, but enemy health scales when you add people.
