It has an evade feature, yes?
I clicked the link and saw stuff named 'Thagomizers' and the primary perk for those gauntlets was that getting a kill with a melee charge instantly recharges Fist of Havoc and Fist of Havoc instantly recharges your melee... and you can hold two. I'm guessing that's a place holder lol.

I'm pretty sure it's not [i]"instantly"[/i] more like it just recharges either or depending on what you kill the enemy with...
