I use icebreaker constantly in PvP due to the ammo perk and it didn't one shot a titan in the face yesterday while he used his super. I don't want to complain about it being OP, but that's pretty OP. It takes much more skill to shoot someone in the face with a sniper rifle than it does to throw a hammer in a general direction. I wish my golden gun had tracker. I wish my arcblade had long range projectiles that could one-shot with AoE abilities. Could you imagine the outcry?
