I don't feel it's any more OP than the Bladedancer or Golden gun tbh.
People are only moaning because they aren't used to the Titan as a mobile killing machine.

Bladedancer as well as Gunslinger can both be pretty easily shut down even with primary weapons whereas Sunbreaker can tank even a ROCKET to the face ...

No it can't take a rocket, I've been shut down as a Sunbreaker by everything Inc a blink shotgun.
