Im quite stumped, on one hand, i fond it next to impossible no one else has decoded it, especially if anyone else is like me and has been buyin legendary chest engrams to try for it.
On the other hand, i want it to not be some sort of anomaly, i wish someone else would get it and confirm it. With a nice ol vid
