Is it? Here's the full details for all the Tin Foil hat conspiracy theorists. I got the Twilight Garrison on September 19th from a Three of Coins exotic chest engram drop on the Scourge of Winter mission. This was my third exotic chest drop and the two previous ones got me the crest of Alpha Lupi for the titan. I decrypted it at around 2:10 PM Central. For all the idiots thinking that since I had PoE in my history and the Daily Heroic as well it must of been that. Your dead wrong. I merely made my main post later because I assumed there was hundreds of other titans with the same chestplate.

Unfortunatly, people find it very hard to believe you because that just doesn't add up. Countless other people have done the exact same thing you have done, but they don't have it. If what you're saying is true, you either: A. Modded somehow (which is very unlikely) Or B. Are the luckiest person on the planet who benefitted from a bug. That, or you aren't telling people a very crucial piece to the puzzle. Sorry to attack your integrity, but the chances are very stacked against you. Ironic, considering how lucky you were to get the Garrison. (If what you're saying is true).
