1. 213 is half damage of 425, which was how much damage Golden Gun used to do. If Golden Gun was nerfed to do 360, it will do a whopping 180 damage on someone using their super. OF COURSE it won't kill a Sunbreaker, who has 200 health with full armor spec.
2. Fist of Havoc does not get an armor buff unless the perk is selected. Please go play Destiny before coming to the Destiny forums.
